Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE, we have developed a system approach within the VOEN E-CROPS research project that makes it possible to integrate and retrofit lightweight solar modules into existing crop protection systems!
In April 2025, we were able to present our project demonstrator to the public
and look forward to your interest! ​
What is this about?
We believe that Agrivoltaics must adapt to agricultural practice and not the other way around! That's why we have developed an approach that makes it easy to combine Agrivoltaics and fruit crops with quick-release fasteners - so that the "Agri" comes first!
The Project
The connection between Fraunhofer ISE, the largest and leading solar research institute in Europe, VOEN and our stone fruit farm was an important step in a promising direction for us. We are fortunate that the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism of the State of Baden-Württemberg is supporting our project within the INVEST BW program.
